What Is Product Customization?
Product customization is a process where you modify all or specific product features according to your unique design requirements.
We classify product customization into two types:
[Type One] Complete Product Customization from Scratch
Here, you're creating a product currently non-existent in the market.
You provide detailed design files, including product specifications, material requirements, color codes, and more.
We'll help you convert your innovative ideas into tangible products.
[Type Two] Partial Product Customization
In this case, you're customizing certain features of an existing product in the factory.
Maybe it's the color, material, or logo that needs transformation.
You don't need to start from scratch; you need specific product features to be unique to your brand.

【Deliverable of Our Service】
You'll receive a detailed Sourcing Report that includes the following:
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or your specified quantity
EXW/FOB China price for bulk orders (MOQ or your specified amount)
Production lead time for bulk orders
Sample production price
Sample production lead time
Typically, it takes 2-5 working days to generate the Sourcing Report once all customization requirements are specified.
【Additional Support】
Upon receipt of the Sourcing Report, should you wish to procure samples or initiate mass production, we will facilitate your order placement with the respective factory. This service is contingent on receiving payment based on the pricing detailed in the Sourcing Report.
【Calculation of Sourcing Fee】
[Type One] Complete Product Customization from Scratch
💰 US$100 per customization part;
Total Sourcing Fee = US$100 x No. of Customization Parts
i.e., If a product consists of 3 parts to be customized, the total sourcing fee is
US$100 x 3 = US$300
[Type Two] Partial Product Customization
💰 US$ 100 with 3-5 styles of products recommendation from existing market supply

For Example
If you're sourcing a coffee cup with the factory's existing design and want to add a new logo, we'll recommend five （5）styles of coffee cups and check the quotes for logo customization.
The total sourcing fee in this case would be US$200 (US$100 for Product Recommendations + US$100 for Logo Customization).
If you wish to add a logo and change the cup material from ceramics to TPE, we'll recommend five styles of coffee cups and check the quotes for both logo and cup material customization.
The total sourcing fee, in this case, would be US$300 (US$100 for Product Recommendations + US$100 for Logo Customization + US$100 for Material Change).
