Please carefully review the subsequent terms and conditions before engaging the services of Koh's Development ("KD") for SOURCING. Submitting your order via any online platform, including but not limited to Upwork, WhatsApp, Email, or other digital channels, implies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. Such submission will be construed as your binding commitment to engage our services per the outlined conditions.

1. The sourcing result will be based on the most available solutions in the market, which does not guarantee 100% availability.

2. It is possible that there are NO such products available at all in the market;

  OR, the number of qualified products is less than 5 (units, pieces, sets, etc.) or other specified quantities in the sourcing requests;

  OR, the existing product meets some requirements in the sourcing request, but does not conform to other criteria in the sourcing requests.

3. Sourcing Report is for ONE TIME Submission. 

If there is a need to select and recommend more products for consideration or include other content/information in the sourcing report, the service is available upon another milestone.

4. The service rate does NOT include further discussion with the factory, price negotiation, sample product procurement, or other non-mentioned content in the above working scope. 

Other services are available upon separate engagement.

5. Sample Procurement is available upon receiving full and cleared payment for Product Sample, Logistics Fee, etc. 

📌 Sourcing Service Payment is made through Upwork or Online Store;

📌 Payment For Cargo will be made to our designated company account for customs declaration;

📌 We do not provide trade insurance like Alibaba. If you are looking for trade insurance, please purchase from Alibaba.

• The above Sourcing Report does not include the manufacturer’s name or contact, as we will be your counterparty throughout the deal, so you can have a one-stop solution in China without needing to manage multiple parties. 

• Please note that we DO NOT guarantee the "lowest price," acceptable price," or "affordable price" in the sourcing report. All the prices in the sourcing report will be based on our in-house solution within our "doable" range. We are happy to assist with further procurement if you accept the quoted price. 

• You agree to the above sourcing terms and conditions by appointing us as the sourcing agent.
