【Service Process】
Step One: Project Review (US$200)
Thoroughly understand project details, including product specifications, order quantity, bid and offer prices, delivery terms, and supplier relationships.
Step Two: Confirm the Negotiation Target (US$500 per Target)
We will assist you in clarifying the negotiation target, such as price reduction, production schedule advancement, or additional service requests.
Step Three: Payment for Negotiation Service (100% Upfront Payment)
We charge a service fee based on the number of Negotiation Targets in Step Two.
Step Four: Negotiation
We act as a liaison between you and the supplier, facilitating discussions on both parties' expectations, possibilities, and challenges.
Step Five: Counter Offer from Supplier/Manufacturer/Seller
We facilitate to negotiate and get a counteroffer from the Suppliers based on Negotiation Targets;
Step Six: Conclude the Negotiation Result
We will provide a “Summary of Negotiation“, listing the negotiation outcome, including terms and conditions associated with each target.
The Buyer shall revert with a final decision to Accept or Reject the Target with/without the conditions;
If no deal is reached within three (3) working days after the supplier provides the third quote, or third revised terms for the same Target, a service fee of US$100 shall apply for that specific negotiated Target.

Service Fee for Each Successful Negotiation of Target: US$500
Dropped/No-deal Negotiation Target: US$100 per Target
Revision or Additional Negotiation Target: US$500 per Target

1. Lead Negotiator
To achieve the best result, when you engage our services, Koh's Development will act as your Exclusive Representative and Lead Negotiator, conducting phone calls and direct communication with the supplier.
We focus on negotiation rather than mere translation or message transmission.

3. Conditions for Desired Negotiation Results
Negotiating desired targets often involves other related conditions or changes of terms;
For example, lower prices may require higher purchasing quantities, while faster delivery may incur increased logistics costs.
Unrealistic expectations without accommodating changing factors may lead to an impasse or unsuccessful negotiation.
4. Change of Negotiation Target
It is normal for negotiation targets to evolve during the negotiation process.
A new target incurs a US$500 service charge.
If the original target is successfully negotiated, the original target fee is non-refundable.
If the original target is unachievable, a US$100 fee is applicable, while the new target incurs an additional US$500 charge.
