*Dimensional Weight Calculation: L(cm) x W (cm) x H(cm) / 5,000= XX KG

*When calculating the weight for freight rate, between Actual Weight & Dimensional Weight, the bigger number will apply.

For example, the actual weight of a carton of cups is 10 kg, and its dimensional weight is 15 kg, then the applicable shipping rate will be 15kg (dimensional weight).

【Import Customs Declaration】

📌 Buyer/Importer is responsible for import customs declaration in the importing country and pays import tax. Usually, the courier will inform the Buyer/Customer and ask the customer to provide order information, such as a packing list and invoice; please prepare in advance for submission or appoint an Import Customs Clearance agent on your behalf to handle the documents if you are not familiar with the procedure;
