• A dedicated account manager is available during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, GMT+8, Hong Kong Time) every week.

Sourcing Factories From China

• Market research to find the best factory based on your sourcing criteria.

• Communication with factories assigned by you.

• Comprehensive factory evaluation, including certification, materials, manufacturing methods, production lead time, and more.

• Detailed reports are generated for your convenience.

Sourcing Negotiation (Additional Charge)

• Sourcing negotiation service is subject to an extra charge in addition to the one-stop sourcing fee.

• The primary principle in sourcing negotiation is to achieve "win-win and long-term business relations" between the Supplier and Yourself.

• The service fee for sourcing negotiation is US$ 500 USD per type of product/per deal upon successful transaction.

• If the deal involves two different types of products, the rates are calculated by "500 x No. of types of products."

• If no deal is reached within 3 working days after the Seller provides the 3rd quote for the same item, our service rate is US$100.

Chinese and English Translation Support

• Professional translation of documents such as Sales & Purchase Agreement, Instruction Manual, and Product Brochure.

• Daily translation capacity per manager is 2,000 words.

• Online Meeting Translation Support: this service includes 30 minutes of online translation support with the factory on a daily basis during working hours.

• Additional words or hours of translation beyond the daily capacity are available upon request, subject to further charges. (Order translation service separately from here)

Sample Production

• Coordination with manufacturers for sample making.

• Streamlined coordination of lead times for different parts to minimize production time.

Product and Factory Inspection (Additional Charge)

• We provide in-house inspection at extra charge, please find details here.

• We can also liaise with industry-recognized inspection agencies (SGS, CIS, TUV, etc.) for final product quality inspection. Fees charged by third-party inspection agencies are not included in this service.

Logistics Arrangement

• Free cargo storage in our Shenzhen warehouses, for up to seven (7) calendar days on a project basis (depending on cargo nature).

• Insurance is not covered for storage.

• Arrangement of shipping with renowned courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

• Preferential shipping rates are available.

• The shipping rate is calculated separately upon cargo receipt. Contact your account manager for the latest rate.

【Service Reminder】

• Full payment is required before service initiation each week.

• Failure to settle payment may result in immediate service suspension until the next week's payment is received.

• Service fees are calculated on a per-week basis. If the service is completed before the week ends, the fee for the entire week will be charged.
