Chinese and English Online Translation Service

Our translator will join Zoom call, Google Meet, WhatsApp call, or WeChat call with you and translate between English and Chinese.

• Appointment: please make an appointment with our translator at least 48 hours before your meeting, and send the necessary documents and a brief introduction about the project you will discuss with the customer and meeting participants.

• Service rate: The service rate is calculated by block. (1 block = 0 to 30 minutes ).

  • Consecutive Translation： US$100 per 30-minute block

    For example, if the meeting lasts 49 minutes, the service rate is US$ 100*2 Blocks= US$ 200.

  • Simultaneous Translation: US$ 150 per 30-minute block

    For example, if the meeting lasts 1 hour and 22 minutes, the service rate is US$ 150*3 Blocks= US$ 450.

• Specialization: Finance, General Commodities Trading and Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Technology, Energy, Medical, and Healthcare.

Quality Control:

• Our translators have over 10 years of industry experience, most of whom have provided translation services for high-level meetings, such as United Nations, Diplomatic Dialogues, and Fortune 500 companies;

• Translators are bilingual professionals with Master's and Ph.D. in Translation & Interpretation (Chinese & English) from leading universities in China, including professionals from Hong Kong SAR;

• Simultaneous and Consecutive Translation: before the meeting, we will analyze the document first, prepare for the meeting with field knowledge, and communicate with leading speakers to better understand the key topics so that our translation can be delivered to the audience clearly with logic.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 09:00 - 21:00 (GMT+8, Hong Kong Time)

• Hours booked outside working hours are subject to an extra charge of US$100 per hour.
