Translation Service Fee is calculated in blocks (1 block=1,000 words)

• when the number of words exceeds 1,000, it will be regarded as the next block

  e.g. 1,233 words = 2 blocks , and the total service rate will be US$ 150/block x 2 blocks= US$ 300

• Usually, an A4 word document in English has 250-280 words;

• Usually, an A4 word document in Chinese has 800-1,100 Chinese characters.

Service rate: US$0.1 per word (calculated using the number of words in the original language before translation)

Translation Service Note

• Subjectivity in Translation: Our translation process reflects the subjective understanding of the translator. While there is no absolute "right or wrong" in translation, modifications to our initial submission based on your preferences are permissible. Please be aware that any required revisions will be subject to an additional fee.

• Revision of Translation

  Revision Fee: Revisions are charged at US$ 0.10 per word, based on the number of words in the original language, please submit your specific requirements for revision in written form.

• Test Translation Policy

  • Initial Free Word Allowance: The first 50 words of a test translation are provided free of charge upon order confirmation.

  • Additional Words Fee: For test translations that exceed 50 words, a fee of US$ 0.25 per word is charged. For instance, a test translation of 500 words will incur a fee of US$ 112.5, calculated as US$ 0.25 x (500 - 50) = US$ 112.5

• Scope of Service
