📌 Business Chauffeur Service

• Our professional chauffeur service includes a 5-seat business car for transportation within a single city.

• Cross-city transportation is not included in the service package and will be separately calculated.

• For inter-city transportation by boat, train, or other methods, clients are responsible for paying the associated fees based on the actual itinerary.

【Service Rate】

💰 Starting from US$780 per day per group (1 to 4 travelers) on working days (09:00 - 18:00, GMT+8)

⏰ Extra Working Hours or Public Holidays: US$ 200/Hour

🤓 Please note that the rates mentioned are applicable per group, rather than per individual. For example:

• Solo Traveler or Group with Less than 4 People:

  • If you are traveling alone or with a group of less than 4 people, the service rate for Package B is US$780 per day.

• Group of 6 People:

  • If you are traveling with a group of 6 people, the total service rate for Package A would be calculated by multiplying the base rate of US$1,300 per day by 2, resulting in a total of US$2,600 per day.

    If your group contains more than 12 travelers, please contact us for a customized package.

【Notes】

⭐️ The service rate does not include inter-city transportation, food, and lodging. 

• Transportation Allowance: If the visit involves traveling by train, ferry, plane, or inter-city transportation, extra expenses will be invoiced to you separately;

• Food Allowance: A minimum of US$30 per day per tour guide.

• Hotel Allowance: A minimum of US$50 per day per tour guide. 

⭐️ Local Digital Payment (Wechat, Alipay)

Please note that

• Almost 95% of payments in Mainland China are made electronically through Alipay or Wechat Pay. 

• International Credit Cards might not work in local shops.  

• Top-up with Tour Guide: If you do not have Alipay or Wechat Pay and need our business tour guide to pay for certain services on your behalf (i.e. food and transportation) during the visit, please top up your balance with us in advance. (min. US$ 500 per day) 

• The tour guide has the right to refuse to pay on your behalf if the balance is insufficient within your account.

• The top-up balance will be refunded within 2-3 working days after your trip is completed if the actual expenses are less than the top-up amount;

• Invoices shall be provided to calculate the final refund amount.

⭐️ Booking In Advance

• To better prepare for your trip, please make arrangements with us at least seven (7) days before you arrive in China.

• After receiving the confirmed order with full payment, the translator and ground business manager’s schedule will be confirmed and allocated.
